Yes, you can swim on the property at Fairbank Lake Cottages. We offer a large sandy beach that is perfect for sunbathing and wading, as well as multiple docks over deeper water for those who enjoy diving in. Fairbank Lake is spring-fed, ensuring crystal clear and refreshing water, making for an excellent swimming experience. Whether you’re looking to swim laps, relax by the shore, or dive off the dock, our resort provides a pristine natural setting to enjoy the water.

Unfortunately the tap water is not potable. We provide two 5 gallon jugs of water upon your arrival and will provide more as needed.

Andrea, Greg & James each visit the site multiple times a week. All three are connected to the Fairbank Lake Cottages Facebook Messenger account and the fairbanklakecottages@mgscorp.ca email address. if they are not on site, reaching out through either option will receive the quickest response.

Yes! Each of our cabins at Fairbank Lake Cottages comes equipped with its very own smokeless firepit, perfect for cozying up and enjoying the great outdoors in comfort and style. Plus, to make your stay even more convenient, we offer firewood for purchase right here at the resort. Unfortunately, we've had to close our restaurant and convenience store. While these amenities will not be available to our guests during the colder months (a particular note for our regular snowmobiling visitors), we are excited to announce that we have some big plans in store for next summer. Yes, of course you can use the sauna at Fairbank Lake Cottages. Guests can find the wood for the sauna in the woodshed located to the left of the sauna. Please ensure you read and understand the terms and conditions before using the sauna to guarantee a safe and enjoyable experience.
